Privacy Policy

When you submit a form. Every form on this site asks for your name, email address and phone number. Depending on which form you use, we also collect: for What's My Home Worth, the property address, your selling timeline, and any notes you add; for New Listing Alerts, the areas you are searching, your price range, and your pre-approval status; for the Buying Power Estimator, the figures you entered (annual income, monthly debts, down payment, interest rate) and the estimate they produced; for Contact, the message you write; and for enquiries about a specific listing, which property you asked about.

A record of your consent. When you tick the consent box, we store which version of the consent wording you agreed to, the exact text displayed to you, the page you were on, the date and time, and the IP address the submission came from. We keep this so that if you ever ask why you were contacted, there is a truthful answer.

How you found us. If you arrived from an ad, a search result or a shared link, we record the campaign parameters carried in that link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and any Google or Meta click identifier (gclid, fbclid). These are held in your browser's session storage while you browse and submitted with the form.

Technical details. Your browser's user-agent string and your time zone, so we know when it is reasonable to call you.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, Social Security numbers, bank or card details, or documents containing them.

To answer your enquiry and arrange viewings, valuations or calls. To send you the market updates and listing alerts you asked for, if you opted in. To keep a record that you agreed to be contacted, and how. To understand which marketing brings genuine enquiries.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other agents or lenders for their own marketing.

Submitting a form means you agree that Bassem Beshir of Adamz Realty Group LLC may contact you about your request by phone call, text message and WhatsApp at the number you provide — including calls and messages placed using automated or AI-assisted systems. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Market updates and listing alerts are a separate, optional opt-in. You can decline them and still use every form on this site.

To stop: reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email B.Beshir@Adamzrealty.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop us replying to an enquiry you actively made.

GoHighLevel, the customer relationship system where enquiries are managed. Replit, hosting for this website and its database. Meta (Facebook and Instagram), if you submitted a form inside a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta passes your responses to us and also handles them under its own Data Policy. Adamz Realty Group LLC, the licensed brokerage Bassem works under.

Each of these processes your information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

If you live in Virginia, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act gives you the right to confirm whether we hold your personal data, to obtain a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its use for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal data or use it for profiling that produces legal effects.
